Introducing… The Muñoz Family!

Felipe + Cami

I (Cami) am the author of our posts, so when you read the word “I” that’s me. I am from Utah and Felipe is from Santiago, Chile. We met salsa dancing and got married 7 months later. We both speak Spanish and English, and Felipe also speaks Portuguese. But the primary language in our home is Spanish. Felipe is an entrepreneur and content creator. I can’t say exactly what I am because I am a lot of things: mother, student, health educator, and creator just to keep it short.

We are passionate about trying new things and visiting new places. Felipe has big dreams and has seen many of them come true already. I am inspired by his belief that he can actually do anything. I’m the critical thinker and crazy planner. We compliment each other in that way.

The Niños

Our kids are Emmett and Beth. They are the very best part of our life.

Emmett is daring, bold, friendly, and humorous. He jumps from tall heights, sings songs at the top of his lungs, and gives “abrazos para siempre” (aka the world’s best hugs). All who meet Emmett obsess over his curly hair and his bright personality. The cherry on top of his unique self is his red, South-America-shaped hemangioma right in the middle of his forehead. No, he didn’t fall on his face. No, we don’t paint it on there. And yes, it will probably fade away someday.

Beth amazes me. She is under 1 year old and already has such strong characteristics that I hope she keeps forever. She adapts well to any situation (a trait that makes her the ideal travel buddy) and is content to do whatever as long as she is with other people. Beth makes connections with people with her big, brown eyes and gives you a hug as soon as you pick her up. She makes silly sounds and flashes the dimple on her right cheek at everyone she meets.

What to Expect

Our plan for this blog is to use it as a home base for all of our content. We will be creating on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms but this website will always have the most recent updates. I’ll share my tips for motherhood, travel, and intuitive eating as well as product recommendations and ALWAYS lots of photos.

We will be traveling every few months and hope to do some long-term travel someday. So to stay up-to-date on where we are, follow along here or on instagram @cami.inallplaces.
